Full-time contract

We are a fully automated cold storage facility and are looking for an administrative/logistics employee who will ensure the smooth reception of drivers, the correct registration of goods, and support for our automated systems.

Your tasks:

  • You will receive truck drivers and direct them to the correct quay
  • You will check transport documents and process CMRs
  • You will pass on orders to the automated cranes in the cold store
  • Administrative follow-up of the goods
  • You will communicate fluently with drivers
  • You will maintain contact with the customer and draw up the loading and unloading schedule

Your profile:

  • You are comfortable working with computers.
  • You enjoy learning new things.
  • You work accurately, are customer-friendly, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Experience in logistics or administration is a plus.
