Full-time contract
We are a fully automated cold storage facility and are looking for an administrative/logistics employee who will ensure the smooth reception of drivers, the correct registration of goods, and support for our automated systems.
Your tasks:
- You will receive truck drivers and direct them to the correct quay
- You will check transport documents and process CMRs
- You will pass on orders to the automated cranes in the cold store
- Administrative follow-up of the goods
- You will communicate fluently with drivers
- You will maintain contact with the customer and draw up the loading and unloading schedule
Your profile:
- You are comfortable working with computers.
- You enjoy learning new things.
- You work accurately, are customer-friendly, and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience in logistics or administration is a plus.
