Dunkirk, April 1, 2026 – CubeCold, a leading European provider of cold storage and logistics solutions, has entered the French market with the acquisition of 24H Frost, a key player in deep-freeze storage located in the port of Loon-Plage in Dunkirk. This acquisition represents another significant milestone in CubeCold’s growth strategy. With this acquisition, CubeCold now manages a portfolio of over 700,000 pallet spaces across the Benelux, the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, and France, and remains strongly committed to sustainable growth.
Strategic expansion in a key logistics port in Northern France
The acquisition of 24H Frost significantly strengthens CubeCold’s offering by adding a strategically located, state-of-the-art, and fully automated cold storage facility in one of Northern France’s most important logistics and production ports. The site currently features over 12,000 deep-freeze pallet spaces, with substantial expansion potential to further support global food producers with efficient and reliable temperature-controlled storage solutions.
